Could no one find the keys to the Quincy Police chariot parked inside of City Hall? A Quincy Quarry News file photo
– News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News with commentary added
Quincy criminal activity over the weekend just past included a failed hot pursuit as well as yet another stabling.
The hot pursuit was of two motorcycle or perhaps but motorbike operators and a single four wheel all terrain vehicle rider in Quincy Point Saturday night.
Snippets heard by the Quincy Quarry Citizen Police Scanner Monitor indicated that these three individuals were at least driving recklessly and illegally on the mean as well as looking to be ever more dangerous streets of Quincy.
These scofflaws fled Quincy over the Fore River and so into Weymouth where it appears Weymough Police may not been advised in time to successfully stop them after Quincy police opted to break off their not so hot pursuit.
Details on the most recent stabbing in Quincy and which also on occurred Saturday night, however, are fewer.
Reasons include that the Quarry’s police scanner monitor is entitled to enjoy Saturday nights as well as well as that stabbings are not exactly anything new in the Q in recent years.
Plus, it is not as if the Quincy Police Department is proactively forthcoming with stepping up to the podium to duly advise Quincy residents that crime and public safety are of legitimate concern locally.
In any event, what is clear is that this latest stabbing victim in Quincy is not the same Quincy resident who saw all but comprehensive regional media coverage over his knifing in Newton by a said to be road raging female driver Thursday night.
“That’s a crazy person right there.” A Quincy man headed to soccer practice in Newton says he was the victim of road rage, stabbed in the leg by a female driver who followed him for at least ten miles. His story on #wbz@5&6 pic.twitter.com/jqcR59yriH

Is that police chariot on display at the Quincy visitor’s center? Do visitors ooh and aah when they see it? I bet the Adams National Historical Park headquarters — right across the street — doesn’t have one.
A 3 wheeler. Everyone knows that a 3 wheeler will roll when going downhill and taking a sharp turn. That vehicle is useless for driving purposes, unless in a straight line.
