Today is the official day to think about setting aside smartphones, tablets, notebooks, home computers, and the like.

That and instead go outside on what is going to be a nice day in Eastern Massachusetts for early March until a middling winter storm rolls in tnight or perhaps go to a movie theater to catch a non-CGI and thus not a Marcel or DC movie.

Granted, for some coming up out of their mothers’ basements and then into the light of day may be hard, sunshine and a little fresh air are never bad things.

At the same time, good luck for parents who try to see their progeny give up TikTok or video gaming today.
