Quincy Quarry News yet again spurs the City of Quincy to do what it should have already been doing?

Has Quincy Quarry News yet again spurred the City of Quincy to do what it should have already been doing via yet another hard-hitting Quarry exposé to the soft underbelly of the Koch Maladministration?
A Quincy Quarry News’ Citizen Nature Photojournalist suspects as much.
While out and about enjoying the recently unseasonably balmy weather, this Quarry corespondent found all sorts of activity going on where this person had previously found roughly fifty or so desiccated and so likely dead balled and bailed trees that were surely purchased by the city to be planted here and there around Quincy.
Quincy Quarry also went on to report the appearance that one such desiccated tree was planted along Elm Street in Quincy Center to replace a mature tree that appeared to have been whacked by a passing motor vehicle.
Granted, DNA results have yet to be scored and thus the trees photographed this time might be a new batch of trees, the fact remains that balled and burlapped trees should only be so left in storage for planting for at most several weeks and even then only if they are also duly watered, something which, however, the City of Quincy was remiss at doing to duly care for trees planted in recent years.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to monitor the situation until most likely at least next spring to see if any new leaves spout on these desiccated trees and report back as appropriate.
Especially as the City of Quincy’s tree warden is never available for comment.

I watched some parks department employees put out some spotlights at a park. 4 units took 8 hours. Seems to me like only 30 minutes of work was needed.
Wow, your lucky day! Witnessing parks department employees actually working is quite rare.
Lazy and good hider are desired qualifications for employment at Quincy’s Parks Division.
