A Halloween sightings near Quincy City Hall

– News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News
While out and about on a lovely fall day, a Quincy Quarry News reporter spotted a penguin – in fact, The Penguin or at least his doppelganger in front of Quincy’s City Hall along Kim Jong Koch Plaza checking out the out of the way location of the impending statue of Abigail Adams.
The Penguin was also carrying an especially large candy bag what with today being Halloween.
That or perhaps was practicing for property tax collecting what with 2023 local property tax rates to be set in a little over a month.
Then later today, the Quincy Quarry Newsroom was deluged with calls from distressed mothers reporting that their children were being frightened by a zoomorphic as well as rotund penguin along the 200 block of Newbury Avenue in North Quincy
In short, time for tricking instead of treating?

I hope the boys at city hall are paying attention. #SafteyFirst

Raw Roger, lol, condoms, please.
Evil T-boy Koch and his bag of tricks! F*ck him and his overpriced Russian-made replica replacement statues. So upsetting, sorry.
I agree, Patty; replacing the city’s statues was a poor and costly decision.
The Mayor reminds me of Boss Hogg from the 1980s TV show “Dukes of Hazard.”
Tommy always reminded me of Tatoo from Fantasy Island.
Come on man, that phony Tom Koch wears his Halloween costume all year long!
Polly,
He also wears Spanx for Men year-round.
Note to the staff. If you hear any panting, crying, or screaming from my office, disregard it. If I need help, I’ll dial 911.
When my big package arrives, let him right in.
I said it before, and I’ll repeat it, they are all rats, every one of them.
Happy Halloween, everyone.
Campaign “donations” as well as to help cover the co-pay for the tummy tuck and the lap-band.
Is it true that the city will be installing electric car chargers along Hancock Street?
The state is refunding taxes and the city is raising them. I don’t get it.
Ms. J:
If you think the only reasonable to expect ugly local property tax increases in 2023 are going to be painful, Mayor Koch free-spending ways and massive municipal debt issued and pending issuance to largely fund his breathtaking spending are going to fuel ugly property tax increases as well as likely at least some local services cuts pretty much every year until at least 2030.
