New Hampshire police said in a statement there apparently have been aware of “multiple robberies” early Friday morning at doughnut chain outlets along the Mammoth Road corridor in the Wyndham New Hampshire area reports Quincy Quarry’s media brethren at CBS Boston/WBZ Channel 4.
No word, however, if this crime spree was incited because today is National Doughnut Day but one can only reasonably assume that police will unleash the full force of their capabilities to take down this threat to their primary food and caffeine sources.
In any event, given similarities in eyewitness statements, police have reasons to suspect that the alleged robberies were committed by the same perp.

Further, in one instance, responding officers tried to stop a red Toyota Camry that matched an eyewitness’s vehicle description, but it sped away, and the officers were not able to catch the suspect.
Fortunately, the only good news about this crime spree is that the suspected perp is assumed to be unarmed.
