Quincy Center Snow Pile snow blocks disabled parking in parking scarce Quincy Center.
In the latest outrage as regards the Koch Machine’s all but abject chronic disregard of those who are different, its disregard now includes piling snow high in handicapped parking that is available only sorta/kinda near Quincy’s two city halls.
Much to most of the piled-high snow is clearly care of clearing snow from Kim Jong Koch Plaza into the street rather than onto nearby grass or hauling ti away.
Piled wicked high.
So what, apparently, for the fact that dumping snow into the street is a violation of local ordinances.
.
Regardless, those who are less than abled all but variably find a way to get around.
That and give the one-figured salute when and as warranted.
Especially if they find Quincy’s peerless mayor out and about on the all too often snow-blocked streets and sidewalks of the Q.

Thank you for raising awareness of this serious issue.
Right across Hancock in front of President’s Place at Saville Ave., the sidewalk disabled access has been blocked with snow/ice since the storm. Don’t know if it’s been cleared yet but it was not as of Saturday.
I walk that way, every day, it’s still not cleared.
The snow/slush/ice is still there today — Wednesday.
This picture shows how much Quincy City Hall is looking out for its disabled citizens!
Half a dozen or so guys, three tractors, but no brains.
