– News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News
Quincy post storm Snow Jobs exposéd.
Quincy Quarry News personnel dragged themselves out of bed this morning to get out and about on the mean and now icy streets of Quincy in spite of an early and then long TGIF bacchanal last night in the Quarry’s newsroom and taproom.
Needless to say, the slipping and sliding about was such that slapping on hockey skates was actively considered.
Plus, the Quarry team’s findings were spot on with what the ever-growing legions of loyal Quincy Quarry News readers can only reasonably expect.
In brief, while Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s two city halls was cleared down the pavement even though City Hall is closed for the weekend, local residential streets where people actually have to get out and about today were typically icy as well as often but narrow-plowed sled dog tracks.
In turn, the Quincy Quarry news crew considered cruising Newbury Avenue for a drive-by shooting of its condition but then figured why risk a police security detail busting the driver of the Quarry’s news van for blowing a point 08 even though the Quincy Quarry News and Taproom had closed hours earlier.
Of course we only had a WEEK NOTICE that this storm was coming.
