Quincy City Hall Snow Piles replenished!
Today’s snowfall came in the nick of time to replenish the once large but more recently melted down snow piles piled up along Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s two city halls.
Granted, while only one enhanced pile is now in place in front of Old City Hall instead of the previous two and once bodacious mounds, the enhancement of the so saved mound is so considerable that, absent a hauling out of it, this enhanced pile could last until at least St. Patrick’s Day or even longer if Quincy is hit with yet another spring snowstorm.
Plus, this development has crushied the hopes of those who picked this week in Quincy Quarry’s snow pile poll.
In any event, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to monitor the replenished mounds along Kim Jong Koch Plaza until they melt away at some point during the spring thaw or might instead be hauled away to melt somewhere else.
Anyone see any brine anywhere in the Q before the storm?
