Quincy Snow Emergency No Parking Ban enforcement lax in Quincy Point.

While out and about the ever-increasingly mean and soon to also be snow-covered streets of Quincy after the start of the local snow emergency, Quincy Quarry News personnel found cars illegally parked on both sides of a major local designated emergency arterial.

In turn, one can only reasonably assume that many of the vehicles parked on both sides of a run of the 300 black of Washington Street were driven by drivers pickng up a pizza, perhaps having a drink or three, and/or maybe picking up a little boast for later while they might be out and about on the clock for plowing.

In other words, only in Quincy …
