Quincy City Councilors sworn in and Councillor Noel DiBona chosen as the council’s new president.
What with new two years of city councilor terms starting with the New Year given last November’s local election, the council so also selected a new council president.
About all Quincy Quarry News has to add is that both of the more capable candidates were surely koch-blocked as well as that most of the other options are jochs.
