At least not yet anyway.
Then again, with March 2021 the de facto first anniversary of the commencement of all manner COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, is it any wonder that March blows again this year?

In the category of ill wind in the Q — Fox Rock is poised to demolish their building that houses the Citizens Bank at the top of Woodward Ave/Huntley Rd. If you guess that they will then proceed to build — wait for it — APARTMENTS — you’ll be 100% right. Not enough apartments in Quincy, I guess.

One would think that even more people moving to Quincy would behoove the need for a local hospital, but apparently not. Oh, and when is Fox Rock moving forward on its proposal to build a large medical offices building in Quincy Center? Were Mayor Koch’s giveaway of city land AFTER using public funds to clean up a haz mat mess and the waiver of property taxes not enough incentives?
