Quincy Quarry scoops other news media on State of the City?

While apparently no other media have broached this annual address by the mayor as well as is profoundly at least amusingly ironic, Quincy Quarry looks to be the first news outlet to note that Quincy’s annual self-congratulatory self-hagiography is fast approaching. 

When, however, remains to be discerned as there is no obvious noting ot a date and time for this annual bloviation to be found in the appropriate venues nor that all than many are likely to want to start their workday tomorrow with this pimp job promo.
