Where’s Tommy?
It has been over three weeks since Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch has foisted one of his previous usually at least typically at least once weekly local COVID-19 YouTube updates.
Granted, the YouTubes have often been perfunctory as well as more than just a few times vapid; however, continuing to be MIA is still MIA.
Further troubling, it must be noted that during the past three weeks of Mayor Koch’s absence on YouTube, Quincy has experienced both successive new records of COVID-19 infections each and every week as well as the departure last week of the City of Quincy Public Health Department Commissioner and who had been the Koch Machine’s point person for dealing with the pandemic locally.
It doesn't look good.

Even further troubling, at last night’s City Council meeting Koch Maladministration mouthpiece Pinocchio Walkbacker responded to a question about how the effort to find a new commissioner was going by noting that a candidate who had been offered the job decided not to take it.
Further unfortunate, as Pinnochio was not sharing his video image during the council meeting which was hosted remotely on Zoom, one could not see his flop sweat.
And arguably most unfortunate of all, the only to be expected why bother with reach out to Walkbacker for comment as Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers know that the maladministration would never respond to any Quarry inquiry.
