— Quincy Massachusetts News from Quincy Quarry News.
Boston Police said to be on scene at apparent Marina Bay homicide scene in Quincy.
A Quincy Quarry Citizen Journalist reports seeing Boston Police Department cruisers blow by the journalist’s ride and then the Citizen Journalist switched on the journalist’s police scanner.
At this point, Boston Police are said to be on the scene in a Marina Bay waterfront apartment building’s parking garage along with at least an injured body, if not a dead one.
Conversely, it is unclear at this point if Quincy Police are also on the scene.
Quincy Quarry will be monitoring things and report on same as might be appropriate.
Updates:
In ways reminiscent of the days of Whitey Bulger, the victim is believed to have been shot in Dorchester and then dumped along the Quincy waterfront.
So far, Boston Police, much less Quincy Police Chief Paul “The Beav“ Keenan, has yet to comment if the shooting victim is alive or dead.
Not only did Quincy Quarry scoop local media on this story by roughly an hour and forty-five minutes what publication time stamps, but the Quarry also posted its coverage twenty minutes before the Quincy Police Department posted a brief tweet about the shooting.
This is an active investigation and all media inquiries should be directed to the Boston PD.
