MWRA Worker Caught Rolling a Fatty?
A Citizen Videographer sent Quincy Quarry News a copy of a video feathering an MWRA worker rolling his own.
While – obviously – the videographer has no police authority to press for the testing of whatever it was being rolled inside of a public sector public utility vehicle, it was clear to this Citizen Journalist Videographer that the MWRA worker pulled out a relatively full baggy from behind the seatback of his MWRA ride while parked at the curb of a busy Quincy street, broke out a packet of rolling papers and a marijuana grinder, and was rolling something within a rolling paper even if truck window glare detrimentally impacted the clarity of the video.
And in what can one only properly assume was the biggest tell of all, the MWRA worker quickly drive off after spotting the videographer in action.
At this point, while one can only wonder what may happen to this MWRA employee, one can still readily imagine what should.
MWRA union rules state that 3 union members are needed for ‘on the clock’ pot sessions.
Fred,
Any idea if munchies are provided?
Give the dude a break… Firing up a fatty is about the only way that a working stiff can deal with the Koch Machine.
