The Quarry crew also fully understand that some foreign words have different meanings in other languages; however, shito is still, well, shito even if this shito is apparently something analogous to a sweet and spicy catsup hot sauce.

Granted, few things warms up one on a cold winter day like something hot and spicy to eat or a “fortified” cup of coffee; however, until someone might be able to slip on the sly a little shito onto some of the considerable amount as well as a wide-ranging range of ethnic takeout ordered by the Quarry newsroom on, the Quincy Quarry newshounds will be sticking to salsa, known brand name hot sauces, and wasabi.
