Driving around Quincy today, Wednesday, it was striking that with a storm having been predicted — for days — there wasn’t a drop of brine or salt on any of the city streets.
Recall, if you will, that there have been instances in previous years when brine was being slopped around everywhere in preparation for storms that were predicted as being minor events.
Is someone just tossing a coin to determine whether the streets should be treated prior to a storm?
