Unusual Food Item of the Week – a downsizing Thanksgiving Dinner option?

Given that many are planning smaller gatherings this year as well as that many Thanksgiving dinner cooks are probably not wild about roasting a large turkey this year that will mostly end up used in turkey sandwiches given a shortage of smaller turkeys as a result of COVID-19 fueled changes in demand, perhaps guinea pig could work as a Plan B Thanksgiving dinner entrée.

No clue if it tastes like chicken, pork or perhaps veal, however.

Then again, probably the biggest unknown of all will be convincing little Timmy that the entree is not his beloved but also departed Fluffy.
