Our veterans also matter.

Veterans Day is this week.

This year, however, the usual assortments of Veterans Day events have been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and has often been the case with all manner of other things.

Then again, after marching enough while on duty, many to most veterans are probably OK with parades being cancelled this year, if not also going forward.

At the same time, at the end of the day active duty military members’ favorite thing is coming home. 

That and knowing that they will all but assuredly be returned home home from war no matter what may happen to them individually or if for some unexpected reason that the remains of some who cannot be returned they will still be remembered.
