Appellate Court rules secret videos cannot be used In Robert Kraft “massage” parlor case.

A State of Florida appellate court ruled that while a court order to take the video had been secured, it was not properly issued.

In turn, Robert Kraft looks to enjoying a third happy ending after his back to back visits to the Orchids of Asia Spa In Jupiter, Florida for a rub and tug in February of 2019 to take the edge off before the 2019 American League Championship playoff game.

While prosecutors have yet to announce their next steps, it would appear that at least the operators of the spa are still in trouble given other evidence.

Additionally, Kraft is still subject to morals clause problems with the National Football League and one can thus only assume that he has handed off control of the New England Patriots off to his sons to head off potentially losing the franchise.

In the meanwhile, the appellate court’s ruling does little to unwind the bad press suffered by the many other patrons of the spa as well as even for President Trump –  the spa’s operator was both a sizeable Trump campaign fund contributor as well as was in attendance at a Super Bowl party hosted by President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago Club resort in Palm Beach shortly before Kraft was busted.
