Already problematic large group gatherings given concerns about COIVD-19 took an even darker turn last night in Brockton.

Six people were injured during a party at a rented house in Brockton late Saturday night.

Officers responded to Laureston Street after receiving ShotSpotter gunshot detection system alerts at around 10:30 PM.

Investigators say a woman was stabbed, and five men were injured during a shooting later in the evening.  None were stricken with life-threaten injuries.
