Quincy Quarry Weekly Fish Wrap: Roadkill only gets flatter, Part 2.

Last week presidential hopeful and self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders was run over in the Super Tuesday primaries and then backed over for further flattening during this week’s Democrat primaries and a party caucus.

Bros propping up Bernie …

Even so, the irrepressible senator announced that he plans to carry on in his (quixotic, ed.) quest for the Oval Office with the support of his bros.

On the other hand, perhaps he is counting on former Vice President Joe Biden ending up Corona’ed sometime before the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination convention in Milwaukee this coming July – assuming, that is, it will actually be held.

And speaking of the Coronavirus, President Trump’s arguably first attempt during his administration to present a proper presidential message to the nation on Wednesday to calm both the public and the stock market instead suffered pretty much but a dead cat bounce of a response, at least as far as the stock market is concerned.

Further annoying on a local level, the Coronavirus Charlie Foxtrot looks to have sucked up all of the media oxygen and so provided a distraction away from the latest Koch Maladministration Q’ups.

Wiffled again!

The lucky ducks got a twofer ducking close shaves care of the Coronavirus mess.

One of the Q’ups was over the Koch Machine’s latest attempt to grift yet another hack hire of the progeny of a made Kochster onto the local police force.

For further insightful particulars on this arguably also variously illegal grift, an at least generally known local gadfly who has long pestered – if not also long effectively peppered – the Koch Maladministration has yet again posted his sage comments to the South Shore broadsheet’s follow-up coverage this week.

In this instance, the gadfly’s comments are especially salient given that it is ever-increasingly looking likely that matters will end up taken up by the feds.

In turn, given that the feds are almost as good as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at getting their man, they might also roll a stilettos-favoring former Koch Maladministration Human Resources director who would most definitely not be happy to find out that orange is not slenderizing.  That and how heels are not optional for daily wear at any Club Fed long term residential facility.

And as for the other Koch Machine Q’up, both its Consigliere and its outside legal council had to admit on the record at a city council meeting that the Koch Maladministration dropped the ball to effect a relatively straightforward taking back gratis a piece of should already again be city property rather than pay a couple of million dollars to the current putative owners and who are surely but coincidentally since childhood friends of Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch.

And yes, Quincy Quarry’ ever-growing legions of loyal reader can thank the considerable behind the scenes work by the Quarry for this grift’s hitting the fan.  That and should not be surprised if even more hits the fan in the coming weeks and months.

In short, as well as yet, again, “Only in the Q© “
