Quincy hit by record Arctic cold on Thanksgiving Day.

How cold has it been?

So cold that so far no one has stolen all of the wishing coins in Quincy Center’s three new but now drained of water fountains in Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s City Halls to buy a 40 or perhaps a few nips to dull the pain of the cold while out on the ever increasingly mean and now frigid streets of the Q.
