Dropping prices for apartments are drawing people to East Boston.
Boston has some of the highest rent prices in the country; however, for the first time in nearly a decade, prices are beginning to both plateau and even fall in East Boston reports Quincy Quarry’s media brethren at Boston Fox 25.
So what, apparently for the fact that East Boston is serviced by the recently completely redone – including all new and so far actually reliable subway cars – Blue Line.
Conversely, in the face of considerable numbers of multi-unit residential housing built in Greater Boston in recent years and signs of also softening rental and condo markets in Quincy, upwards of two thousand more new housing units are variously under construction, about to break ground or otherwise well-along in the approval processes both regular and “informal.”
Will guano soon be hitting the fan in the Q?
If it does, count on Quincy Quarry to report on it as might be appropriate.
