Quincy summer school work project running late?
While an all stops pulled out to achieve at least an adequate completion of so far twenty million dollars-plus Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s City Hall in time for its September 8 dedication has long been underway, this long overdue and ultimately simple repaving of the driveways and parking lot at a local school is looking to be cutting it close to accomplish an adequate completion in time for the start of a new school year next week.
