As parking availability in Quincy Center – if not also Quincy-wide – continues to become ever more scare, it would appear city employees are continuing to hog public parking spaces with impunity as documented by Quincy Quarry personnel out and about on the ever-increasing parking scarce as well as mean streets of Quincy.

Quincy Quarry considered reaching out to ask City Hall that is run the plate and so identify this particularly parking public employee parking scofflaw, but figured why bother so ending up left interminably on hold.
