A local Togo shop goes away.
While it has been awhile since Quincy Quarry has run a Flew the Q story, such does not mean that places have stopped fleeing the Q.
This one, for example.
Quincy Quarry particularly misses this loss as it made better than average chain subs.
That stayed open relatively late, at least by Quincy standards..
It also had a very friendly staff who always took care of business with a smile.
Granted, it wasn’t Barry’s Deli – then again, Barry’s flew the Q a long time ago.
That and rumor has it that the largest private employer tenant in the President’s Place will be fleeing the Q for Braintree come this summer.
Plus, it seems only reasonable to expect other departures from the Q in the coming months.
If an affordable sandwich shop can’t cut the mustard in a building that hosts thousands of Quincy College students/staff and houses hundreds of office personnel … Doing business in downtown Quincy is DOOMED!
