Boston Mayor Marty Walsh goes on the record: a new Long Island Bridge will be built to replace the now former old one.

Hear Mayor Walsh’s comments about his plans in the following YouTube video starting at the one minute and thirty second mark and his on the record confirmation that a new bridge will be built at the four minute mark.

No word yet, however, as to what Squantum residents are plotting to undertake to endeavor to fight the legally all but assuredly inevitable.
