Former FBI Director James Comey books a book deal.

 

The long anticipated book deal has finally been formally announced, although what he signed for remains uncertain. 

 

Not likely a first edition buyer …

Previous reports as to what James Comey signed for have ranged from two million to as much as a highly improbable ten million for a rookie author’s first published book of non-fiction. 

 

In any event, publication is projected for next spring and will include “yet-unheard anecdotes from his long and distinguished career,” according to Comey’s pending and ironically named publisher Flatiron Books.
