Alligator drops by on Easter morning for a visit.

 

On a quiet Easter Sunday shortly before sunrise, a South Carolina family was awoken by a loud racket just outside of their home. 

 

Rather than finding the Easter Bunny, they found that a nine foot alligator had crawled up onto their their second story porch.

That and was tearing up things as it could not figure out how to exit the porch.

 

Even more unfortunate, animal control responders were unable to successfully remove the alligator and it thus ended up euthanized.  

 

Also, no word as to the whereabouts of the Easter Bunny or if the alligator is now slated to become handbags, belts and/or cowboy boots.
