Trump trumps Hillary in a presidential preference poll.
For the first time since becoming the presumptive Republican Presidential nominee – if not also for the first time in a long time, if ever – Donald Trump has out-polled Hillary Clinton in a head to head poll.
Granted the numbers were within the standard plus or minus 4% statistical margin of error – 45% t 42%, but the numbers have been trending less bad for Trump in other not quite so recent polls.
Clinton is in danger of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory here. But it would hardly be the first time, would it?

Plus, with CBS News reporting on these Fox News’ poll Trump-favorable polling numbers, one cannot help but sense at least a momentary positive swing for easily the most improbable major party candidate for president in – well – 228 years.
As for these improbable polling findings, Fox cited that this poll’s results appeared to be indicative of how Clinton’s negatives surpass Trump’s and which does at least hint as a plausible explanation.
In the meanwhile, however, Bernie Sanders continues to trump Trump in hypothetical match-ups as well as at differences at or grater than the statistical margin of error.
That and Bernie also continues to at least keep pace with Mrs. Clinton in this week’s two state primary elections and while Clinton finds herself hard-pressed from both flanks in the first major two front war since Hitler was defeated in in 1945.
