Quincy’s Number One Ward Heeler confirmed to be under formal ethics review by the state.
Given Quincy Quarry’s growing network of sources both high but mostly low, it is now able to publish definitive word of direct confirmation that Quincy’s Number One Ward Heeler is under formal review by the State Ethics Commission.
The reason for the review: various apparent ethical violations and of which all have been all but exclusively reported previously by Quincy Quarry.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to be advised as to when to expect that formal rulings would be announced by the State Ethics Commission.
Plus, it is only reasonable to suspect that the wheels of justice turn slowly in such matters of arguable improper political self-dealing, especially in Massachusetts.
Even so, the Quarry suspects that in due course the ward heeler is likely to end up run over when the final official determinations are promulgated.
As such, stay tuned for further so far exclusive Quincy Quarry coverage of this particular example of local political intrigue from among many others.
One would hope that the ethics folks do a thorough job. It’s interesting to see how things she denied during the campaign are now starting to unfold I.e. the 5m for the Maritime Center.
Hey, I heard that our Ward One Ward Heeler is having a neighborhood meeting on Thursday of this week. Of course her lying continues….first she reports that this is her fourth meeting on this subject…unless she is having secret meetings (I can’t believe she is that sneaky or is she?) this is her second meeting. And now she announces that the rumors during last year’s campaign WERE TRUE that she is planning on purchasing homes (or she reports “parcels”) for her expansion of the maritime center (which is so important to our City since the majority of our residents are boat owners — nice way to spend the tax payer dollars). Like to see what the other City Councilors think about this or do they even know? She does such a great job hiding her agenda items……how many years of her running Ward One do we have to put up with? When are her friends going to see what she really is like?
Thanks, QQ.com, for this update, and for getting this info out to Quincy residents. We are depending on you!
Any feedback from the Ward Heelers’ meeting last night?
Newneck,
It was a Q-ing hoot. She was talking faster than a tobacco auctioneer amped up on meth. That and so much for her grandiose plans for a new dock by the bay: https://youtu.be/rTVjnBo96Ug?t=16
