Koch Maladministration calls it quits for a change.
In a most unexpected fashion as well as apparently unprecedented change of modius operendi, the Koch Maladministration decided to halt its efforts to deny last November’s Ward 6 council race runner up a seat on the council after the winner and incumbent Brian McNamee died shortly after the election last year and before this calendar year’s swearing in of the new City Council.

The long stubbornly as well as infamously persistent Koch Maladministration gave up the legal fight on this ongoing food fight after only arguably three dope slappings by a Superior Court judge in less than a week, a majority opinion against its continuing any further truculence by BOTH the City Council AND the erstwhile candidates of the now not happening primary election next week as well as the surely coup de grâce of Mayor Thomas P. Koch’s sudden change of heart so as to distance himself from his own Consiglieri in the face of both a surely very annoyed judge at this point as well as even more massive negative public opinion against the Koch Administration if its mouth piece did not fold.

Also amazing, the resultant waste of taxpayers’ money and candidates campaign funds was also so stopped with only moderately painful pain for those stuck with costs that need not have ever been incurred.
At the same time, Quincy Quarry did not even bother wasting its time to ask if ANYONE in the Koch Maladministration among those also responsible for this now fortunately over and soon to be duly undone fiasco will be reimbursing the city’s bank account and/or the now out of luck candidates’ campaign accounts for their costs care of this latest Koch Maladministration Q-up.
