Trump chickens out on corn state debate.
Trump’s feud with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly has ramped up even further with Trump’s announcement that he will not be participating in this week’s Republican Presidential primary candidates debate in Des Moines Iowa.
One can all but only view this as a manner of reverse rating stunt by Trump; however, one still cannot help but wonder if this latest stunt by The Donald might backfire on him as surely at least some viewers might wish to see a more traditional campaign debate by either party for the first time during this already overly long campaign season.

In the meanwhile, the Ted Cruz campaign has already restored to calling Donald Trump “Donald duck.”
Regardless, this latest stunt by Trump is most curious as The Donald has a long history of favoring attractive females, ranging from his multiple wives to having a financial stake in the Miss USA and Miss Universe beauty pageants.
On the other hand, Megyn Kelly is more than just a pretty face.
Kelly’s accomplishments include a previous successful career as an attorney at a major law firm before her current highly regarded stint at Fox News while concurrently raising three children with her second husband.
In fact, in 2011 Kelly interviewed Trump about a proposed 2012 Republican Presidential candidates campaign debate that Trump was planning to moderate, but in which only two also ran candidates were willing to participate.

Among other things said by Donald Trump during the 2011 interview, he now ironically accused those not interested in participating  as lacking in “… courage …”
Overlooked, however, by Trump at the time was that perhaps no small part of the disinterest was over the proposed debate’s televising on the also ran and mostly but old reruns featuring ION Television network instead of strictly an understandable dislike of him.
Regardless, to at least affect its policy of balanced and fair coverage and commentary, Quincy Quarry reached out to @dick_nixon for his thoughts on this latest Trump PR stunt.

As always, it is only proper to note that there are at least two ways to interpret Mr. Nixon’s always sage as well as oh so nuanced comments.
