Trump fingers self while trying to deflect valid criticism of his latest unsubstantiated claim.
In response to a withering barrage of duly fact-checked media criticism of Donald Trump’s claim that thousands of New Jersey Muslims were dancing with joy in the streets in the wake of the collapse of the World Trade Center’s now former Twin Towers on 9/11 is bereft of any formal corroboration by the media in spite of The Donald’s claims to the contrary, Trump now claims that hundreds of his supporters support his latest unsubstantiated claim.
Fact checking Trump’s claims is “Like writing about the hole in the doughnut — how can you write about nothing?” https://t.co/r9BUqGSZt9

So what if these supporters are also unable to provide any compelling documentation of their claims.
Granted, while some believe that if something can be found on the Internet, it has to be true, so far no hard evidence in support of these claims has been provided.
Instead, the claims are ultimately little more than purported recollections of events dating back over 14 years ago.
In other words, arguably spontaneous unrepressed memories.
Either that or misremembering video shot in– say – Gaza in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
Regardless, the truly significant news about this latest news is that The Donald has clearly fingered his campaign, if not also himself.
