New York judge lets Brady soft balls off the hook over what look to be technicalities.

In still breaking news, a ruling by a federal judge has been handed down on Deflategate.

While details are still coming out, the judge appears to have primarily ruled that the NFL overstepped its authority to sanction Brady in excess of the terms of the NFL Players Agreement.

At the same time, it appears that the judge offered up no opinion on the long purported softening up of balls for his use during a cold and wet winter playoff game.

Similarly, who only knows what is up over the surely millions in off the field promotional revenue that Brady probably did not receive after the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl earlier this year given Deflategate.

Additionally, no one has yet to have any particulars on reported soft balls as far as Giselle is rumored to have perhaps suffered in recent months.

With Tom getting off, however, one can only hope that perhaps things will soon be warming up around the Bundchen/Brady mansion.
