In this case the problem was that Quincy City Hall long as well as utterly failed to do anything, even but merely perhaps somewhat plausibly appropriate, to mitigate the loss of street parking in Quincy Center care of both the running way behind and even more over budget City Hall renovation project and the also at least somewhat delayed Hancock Street realignment project.
Then when Quincy City Hall was finally as well as arguably shamed into doing something, it then opted to protect its own interests as usual by only opening some parking spaces for use for 30 minutes – or less – to those doing City Hall business.
That and then opting to continue to hog many – if not also often most of these few spaces in these also supposedly but short use parking spaces for as long as they darn well please instead of – say – being considerate public servants by parking in nearby city-owned Ross Parking Garage and so make things somewhat less burdensome for at least some of the long suffering taxpayers who pay their salaries.
Expect Quincy Quarry to continue out these parking scofflaws as well as shaming City Hall until such time as they might start at least somewhat doing the right thing, at least as regards as parking in increasingly parking space sparse Quincy Center.

30 Minutes parking to do your business at Quincy City Hall?!
What? Are they dreaming?
Please.
Like Mrs. Koch can only dream that Tommy can last more than 3 minutes.
So, Sam – are you suggesting the Tommy is a one pump chump?
The only thing Tommy has pumping is the hot fudge at the Dairy Freeze on Adams.
