Quincy Quarry follows the money in one of FlynnFlam’s flim flams.
In the first of what will be at least a two part series, Quincy Quarry presents a feature video that begins the unweaving of the tangled web that ultimately ensnared a local and now former real estate mogul.
This real estate wheeler and dealer did a suspect deal with the City of Quincy that many still question as looking to perhaps be a sweetheart deal done to help out this also childhood friend of embattled incumbent Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch.
This wheeler and dealer is also facing federal indictments over other matters.

This is a truly inspiring story. Though I can’t claim to be a childhood friend or actually any other sort of friend with Mayor Koch but if he somehow is reelected, I’m going to stop paying RE taxes. Then, when it’s time for the City to take my home, I’m certain THE MAYOR WILL WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING. He’ll pull the right strings … and the City will gladly pay me somewhere in the vicinity of $1.4 MILLION for it. No question that will solve my inability to pay the taxes that are projected to hit us in the next couple years. Thanks Mayor Koch.

Yes, skyrat, you’re right — I’m just trying to practice up on my Koch-think. I hope I won’t need it, but whatever happens in the election, the tax damage is already in the pipeline — regardless of who wins. Unfortunately the vultures will come home to roost under a Phelan administration. I sincerely hope Bill Phelan will be our next Mayor but he’s going to inherit a big load of you know what.
Rat, as a possible consolation prize, perhaps the embattled incumbent will find success as a Jenny Craig success story opposite Weight Watchers’ new major stakeholder Oprah Winfrey.
