Quincy street sleeping?

In the wake of a winter fraught with all manner of often utterly inexplicable Q-up’s by the City of Quincy, a Quincy Quarry Citizen Journalist Whistleblower has provided the Quarry with a photo that arguably sets a new low even for the Q.

Is the local homelessness problem so bad that the City of Quincy has to put out its portable electric street sign to warn drivers to be on the look out for people sleeping in the street?

Alternatively, is perhaps the Department of Public Works finally owning up to the not exactly hard at work practices of at least certain of its more senior supervisors?

Quincy Quarry did not bother reaching out for comment from Department of Public Works Commissar Dan “Spanky” Raymondi out of respect to its not wishing to task any of it personnel to waste his and/or her time over the Easter weekend with having to listen to him drone on and on and on and on some more about the heroic men and (few, ed.) women at the Department of Public Works whom, at minimum, appear to have trouble spelling – or at least with correctly inputting very short text messages.

The Quarry did, however, endeavor to check the official City of Quincy website to see if perhaps some clarification could be found, only to find the City’s website hors de combat.

Quincy Quarry was further unable to contact City of Quincy Information Systems Department coat holder nonpareil Vinnie Veritas to find out what the Q was up with the C of Q’s crashed website.
