Quincy Mayor Tom “Cupcakes” Koch again adrift?
For at least the second time in a week, Quincy’s mayor is nowhere to be obviously seen.

Per “French Kiss,” Quincy Quarry’s long time mole within City Hall, Mayor Koch was neither anywhere to seen at City Hall nor at Quincy’s QEMA (Quincy Emergency Management Agency) command center as there is no such emergency center – at least not until after the funds to build one are made available via the next multimillionaire dollar local municipal bond authorization.
Quincy Quarry was, per its usual expectations, was unable to secure any comment on where is Mayor Koch as City Hall never returns its calls and thus the Quarry no longer bothers calling.

In any event, Quincy Quarry’s Police Desk is, carefully monitoring its police radio scanner for any and all missing persons reports as well as calls for police escorts.
Quincy Quarry was, per its usual expectations, was unable to secure any comment on where is Mayor Koch as City Hall never returns its calls and thus the Quarry no longer bothers calling.
In spite of suffering chronic stonewalling, expect Quincy Quarry to track down the news.

He is actually all over the city. I do understand some of the Quarry’s concerns, (ed.) but he does seem to care a lot about his city.

Where has the Mayor been seen recently in public other than at a recent cupcake conclave when Quincy was all but snowbound?
Quincy Quarry staff certainly have not seen him recently nor has he been all that readily available to other media and unlike – for but one example – our new Governor and who has already fessed up that storm shortcomings occurred on his watch. So what, apparently, for the fact that Charlie has only been in the Corner Office for a few weeks.
Oh, and let’s not forget that the road to Purgatory can be paved with good intentions as well as bad decisions.
