Mr. Koch should have the hole behind Granite Trust filled with water so the homeless can take Roman baths and/or urinate. At least the hole would serve a useful purpose.
Why not just wait for a good rain?
Your right to wait for rain.. If Mayor Koch filled in the hole with water, it would probably cost Quincy tax payers thousands of dollars.
