Alcohol and coffee drinking could be key to living longer suggests research study.

 

Just in time for New Year’s and especially those planning on New Year’s resolutions, researchers at the University of California Irvine Institute for Memory Impairments and Neurological Disorders have found that individuals who drink moderate amounts of alcohol and/or coffee as well as are overweight in their 70s live longer lives.

Needless to say, the hard drinking, gray-haired and at least pudgy caffeine junkies at Quincy Quarry are going to endeavor find out and then perhaps further report on what is meant by “moderate” as well as if the research team discerned any possible lingering benefit for those who venture “a bit” past moderate in their consumption habits.
