Raccoon reaches roof after scaling downtown tower.

 

“Look!  Up in the sky!  It’s a bird!  It’s a plane!“

 

Nope, it’s a racoon.

 

The raccoon that scaled a twenty-three story office building in St. Paul, Minnesota and so captivated onlookers as well as generated considerable interest on social media earlier this week has reportedly been humanely trapped by animal control personnel after it made it to the roof of the building.

The plan is to return the raccoon to the wild as soon as possible.
