Woman arrested after road-rage confrontation in Quincy.

 

Road-rage strikes in normally quiet Squantum.

 

Police officers arrested a woman following a road-rage incident Wednesday afternoon in Squantum, according to Quincy Police.

 

Around 3 p.m., police were called to Bellevue Avenue, where one person reported that another had threatened them with a weapon, said Quincy Police Department Lieutenant Brian Tobin.

 

The responding officers, however, found no evidence of any actual weapon being involved, Tobin said.  He also said the altercation was not physical.

 

No further information is currently available about the incident or the woman who was arrested.
