Codfather’s fishing permits and fishing boats torpedoed in Federal Court.

 

Fishing mogul Carlos Rafael must forfeit four fishing vessels with an appraised value of $2.2 million as well as 34 fishing permits.

The forfeitures are is in addition to Federal Court Judge William Young sentencing Carlos Rafael to 46 months in prison and 3 years supervised release as week as imposing a $200,000 fine given a variety of violations.
