A drunken man walked into Quincy City Hall on Friday morning with an open container of alcohol and demanded to meet with Mayor Thomas Koch.

 

Any possible rumors to the contrary notwithstanding, the said to be inebriated person is not a Quincy Quarry employee.

At the same time, however, the Quarry was not able to find out if this also said to be agitated individual person might be a disgruntled local property taxpayer.

 

That or perhaps live on one of the many pothole-laden streets in Quincy.

 

At best, Koch Maladministration spokesmodel and well-known bon vivant Pinocchio Walkbacker noted that “(this) happens every once in a while.”
