While some may think the impending arrival of the Dog Days of Summer sets the stage for a torpid news cycle, such couldn’t be any further from the truth.

For example, in addition to this summer lining up to perhaps be the hottest one in Washington DC since John Dean spilled the beans on June 25 1973 or when President Richard Nixon subsequently resigned in disgrace during the summer of 1974, Quincy Quarry is working jointly with certain of its media brethren to endeavor to exposé what could be one of the biggest local scandals since the Hannon Administration.
