Quincy Housing Authority order shocks long shell-shocked residents.
The long suffering residents of a Quincy housing project say they were shocked to learn they have but one week to evict all of the flowers, plants and lawn ornaments decorations that they have put in the yards around their residences so as to make things more attractive and homey.

That and one can only wonder what may come next.
Well, for starters, Quincy Housing Authority’s personal landscaping removal or else deadline is the day before Mayor Thomas P. Koch’s annual Cleaner, Greener Quincy clean up and dress up Quincy volunteer day this coming Saturday.
Obviously, someone did not get the memo …
