Quincy Center Rat Condos?

As if the long ongoing problems that the local four-legged rat population explosion have already caused in just about every neighborhood in the Q – along with the myriad of additional problems caused by the two-legged denizens inside of City Hall were not bad enough, it would now appear care of exclusive Quincy Quarry News photos that the proposed to be both high rent as well as high rise residential district in Quincy Center near both Quincy’s overrated Restaurant Row as well as the also (mostly two-legged, ed.) rat-infested Quincy District Courthouse already has at least one as well as large rat condo complex already in place.

While Quincy Quarry was not able to confirm actual current residence by rats in the warren of suspected ratholes as rats are nocturnal by nature as well as that no one on the Quarry staff cares to go out at night to endeavor to photograph them, much less so potentially confront them, Quincy Quarry’s Rodent Desk experts confirmed the likelihood that the holes featured in the Quarry’s exclusive photographs are all but assuredly ratholes.

A key factor in support of this assessment was the suspected rat condo complex’s close proximity to a dumpster for its residents to dumpster dive.

The Quarry’s own Rat Pack also noted its further concerns that the ongoing and near rampant run of rats already running wild in Quincy will likely only worsen – if not greatly worsen – when the MBTA finally commences its demolition of the long-condemned Quincy Center station parking garage roughly upon the event of the fifth anniversary of the garage’s condemnation and thus concurrent closure.

Courtesy of the ever-growing number of Quincy Quarry sources both high but mostly l0w, the Quarry has been advised on the down low that the condemned garage is a rat warren and that its four-legged residents will thus be hitting the streets when demolition of the garage commences.

While so far it would appear that Koch Maladministration has yet again done little – if anything – to prepare for the impending eviction of a massive horde of rats onto the ever-increasingly mean streets of the Q, there could be some Karmic justice:  one of the closest structures to the soon-to-be-demolished MBTA garage is Quincy’s City Hall.
