Quincy Quarry Weekly Fish Wrap: Summer isn’t the only thing heading for a fall in the Q this coming fall.

While fall is in the air and the local high school football teams are thus looking to yet again end up with losing seasons, other breaking badly bad news™ keeps breaking in the Q as well as all but as regularly as a morning sunrise.

Even given Quincy Quarry’s top-ranking by Google as the source for News about Quincy notwithstanding, even the Quarry has been having trouble lately keeping its ever growing legions of readers up to date on what all is going both down as well as mostly badly in the Q.

Water bag but no tree | quincy newsFor but starters, this summer’s drought continues to wreak havoc, albeit as well as most curiously mostly just on City of Quincy trees.

Even worse, in response to the crisis city workers are apparently watering a dead tree stump in the hope that the dead may so be reborn.  So what, apparently, about instead opting to water those trees that are hanging for their lives by a leaf.

And as for upcoming bad news to be covered by Quincy Quarry, expect a soon upcoming Quarry-sourced exposé on how locals should be thankful if by some near miracle that the Hancock Street Misalignment project might actually be (“relatively,” ed.) finished by Thanksgiving.

Things appear to again be fish in the Q

That and apparently thus already officially finished is the career of at least one long time city employee.

Quincy Quarry readers should also remember that they read it first in the Quarry to expect to (relatively, ed.) soon see the alleged Double Dipper scandal metastasize into Dippergate as the feds continue to follow the money as well as likely also engage in their usual MO of climbing up the food chain.

In short, as well as always, Quincy Quarry continues to have the stones to print what other media are oh so slow to perhaps eventually then cover.
